There is one thing they could do give a free bumper (which probably costs them about $1.50 to manufacture) to anyone who has attenuation problems. Case closed, PR win for Apple. but, that would mean admitting that their beautiful new child was inherently flawed, so instead, they decided to lie and try to convinced their customers they are wrong.
